In the coming month, we will focus on training lower limbs mobility with exercises. Week 1: Practise standing still for 10 seconds with assistance from therapist. Exercise 3 times a day, 3 sets each. Week 2: Practise stepping motion on the spot while holding on to handrails. Exercise 2 times a day, 2 sets each. Week 3: Practise standing still for 10 seconds without assistance. Exercise 3 times a day, 3 sets each. Week 4: Practise making a leap with a laser guide line. Exercise 3 times a day, 10 mins each. By end of month, we target to improve MRMI from 0 to 1 i.e. from unable to perform to assisted by two people.
